Privacy policy

This policy clearly explains which data OCTOVEX processes, why it is used and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated:

1. Data controller

DJOODLEY DARLENS ANTOINE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, trading as OCTOVEX, CNPJ 65.992.439/0001-93, is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

Address: Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conjunto 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo - SP, CEP 05424-150, Brasil. Privacy contact: contact@octovex.com.br.

2. Data we may process

OCTOVEX limits collection to information required to operate the site, handle requests and provide optional audience measurement.

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone number, company, subject, indicative budget and message content.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and access date and time, depending on the providers enabled.
  • Local preferences: selected language and optional-cookie decision.
  • Data sent to external services when you choose to use them, including WhatsApp.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contact data is used to answer a request, prepare a proposal, take pre-contractual steps or deliver a requested service. Data strictly required for operation and security is processed on the basis of OCTOVEX’s legitimate interests and the requested service.

Google audience measurement and Meta marketing technologies are enabled only after a positive choice. Consent can be refused or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

By default, the site uses only technical storage needed for language and consent preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to essential content.

  • Necessary: language preference and the locally stored consent choice.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, only after the Analytics category is accepted.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel, only after the Marketing category is accepted.
  • Control: optional categories can be accepted, rejected or changed separately.

5. Recipients and providers

Data is available only to authorized OCTOVEX personnel and providers required to operate the site. Depending on the features used and consent choices, these may include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Google for analytics, Meta for marketing technologies and WhatsApp when a user voluntarily starts a conversation.

These providers apply their own terms and may process data outside Brazil. OCTOVEX seeks to limit disclosure to what is needed for each purpose.

6. Retention

Contact requests are retained for as long as needed to handle them, manage the relationship and establish or defend rights, then deleted or anonymized when no obligation or legitimate purpose requires continued retention.

Cookie preferences remain on the device until they are changed, deleted by the user or replaced by a new consent-mechanism version.

7. Security

OCTOVEX uses proportionate technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure. No system is completely secure, so safeguards are adjusted to the context and identified risks.

8. Your rights

Subject to the LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability where applicable, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to contact@octovex.com.br.

Reasonable identity verification may be required to protect the relevant data.

9. External links and children

External sites and services have their own policies, and OCTOVEX is not responsible for their practices. The institutional site does not intentionally seek to collect children’s or teenagers’ data without appropriate involvement from a legal guardian.

10. Updates and contact

This policy may change to reflect legal, technical or operational developments. The date at the top identifies the published version. Questions may be sent to contact@octovex.com.br.
